Normally I would use this space to detail all the courses, trainings, and workshops I have completed since 1998 but I am choosing not to do so as this is not who I AM, but simply what I have done !<\/p>\n

I have had the privilege to work with hundreds of people down through the years, empowering them through mental clarity, emotional balance, physical health and spiritual awakening.<\/p>\n

2012 was a very transformative year for me, as for many that have crossed my path since then, and I AM so grateful to be able to share this newly discovered awareness to enhance the lives of others.<\/p>\n

My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy and congruency and I provide a wonderful environment where I hold the space for individuals as we address the various challenges they are encountering.<\/p>\n

I AM passionate about guiding, coaching, mentoring, and teaching individuals who are searching for meaning and purpose in their daily lives, especially those who are having very challenging experiences such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, etc. These all influence our mental health and have adverse affects on our lives. I am a motivational speaker who is passionate about empowering individuals to live the life they were born to live.<\/p>\n

I AM dedicated to providing individuals with practical tools, and skills so they may flourish and find peace.<\/p>\n

I provide one to one consultations, intensive programmes, workshops, and courses. I also present motivational talks to groups of individuals who have experienced life threatening illnesses, addictions, or mental health issues.<\/p>\n
